Reader information
Accessibility
Research should be usable across devices and methods of access. The website is designed around readable text, structured headings, keyboard operation and direct access to source material.
Research exhibits and documents
Tables use column headings, and quantitative examples are explained in the surrounding text. Mathematical expressions include machine-readable markup where supported. Photographs carry descriptive alternative text when they convey subject information; decorative research motifs are excluded from the reading sequence.
The downloadable Markdown research text offers an additional reading format. The browser’s print view provides a paper layout with the article and its source links.
Report an access difficulty
Send a page address, a description of the difficulty and the browser or assistive technology involved to info@aesenate.org. Include the research material or task you were trying to reach so the issue can be understood in context.
This statement describes the website’s reading formats and access routes. Reports of specific difficulties support review of the affected pages and controls.
